  • We study what the best Farmers do - Be more aggressive.

We have been to many Field Days over the years, and I shake my head when exhibitors sit in the back of the tent expecting people to come to them.

Don’t do that. Get out the front. Greet people. We are in Adelaide for LambEx, and I went into the Apple Store to get a new phone charger. Within 10 metres, 3 store staff greeted me. They weren’t holding back. I grabbed the charger, which was a 2m one, and the guy asked if I wanted it that long and gave me the metre-long one. He pulled out his phone, and I paid him on the spot. Gone in 5 minutes. Satisfied. The good Farmers aren’t sitting back waiting.
