Surround yourself with The Compounders - Have a read in the image below (under the falling dill pickle), which says we need to surround ourselves with The Compounders. It’s saying to get a group of friends that will force us to level up our game. But I think it’s way more than that. The Compounders can also be specific people that you follow or like reading or hearing from. I reckon I have about 30 I follow closely. I don't talk to them face-to-face, but they always seem to have something that adds to my knowledge bank.
