• When you lose a subscriber - When someone unsubscribes, we always ask them respectfully if they could relay the reason, some do, and some don’t. This person said he left because there was too much content and he struggled to get through it all. I replied, saying we don’t expect everyone to read everything; we put in what we think will have the greatest impact for the reader. We do it all in short form, and it's all categorised, so if you're not interested in Dairy, just skip on by. We don’t expect everyone to read everything; however, in saying that, you can’t miss the funnies at the end. Have a great Saturday.
