Why is timing a compounding thing? - We asked our subscribers what separated the best Farmers from the also-rans. It was timing. Getting your timing right is crucial. That means plenty of preparation in advance. The good ones know when to execute. We say timing is a compounding thing because if you miss something or are late, it compounds in a negative way. You end up getting further behind.
Our latest writings:
We know that there’s a protest vote with the rise in One Nation’s popularity, and we think the same will happen when the Chinese Machinery comes to town. We saw evidence at FarmFest this week.
Confidence - There has been strong enquiry on Headers this week, according to the team at Farm Tender and a finance broker we spoke with.
Short articles work best for our audience. We explain why they are the winner.
The article we did on applying factory principles to Farming has created a lot of interest.
We are doing a writers course, and how they are presenting it has opened our eyes on how best to educate or learn things.
Missing out - Has the Sheep industry been short changes on the massive virtual fencing push? It needs to be on the Lambex agenda.
Our contributor, Vic Hoffmann Dohle, has given us a rundown of the seasonal conditions in her patch.
RB Sellers' CEO told us on Tuesday that the highest-grossing store is in Naracoorte, SA. Population 6500…
Riordan’s CEO, Jim Riordan, had a great bit of advice when it came to Farm inputs. He said this: "You need to be looking at them rather than looking for them”.
Guest columnist Bec Lindert gave us some great advice. She said this: “Do a couple of priorities brilliantly, not everything by halves”.
Have a great Saturday and make sure you get your timing right.
