Learning how to learn - One of the gurus I subscribe to said the most important skill of this century is learning how to learn. Farming these days is such a complex business, and those who aren't in the loop can fall behind. We went to a 2-day conference in Wagga Wagga and learned so much about how others approach it, and we also got to witness what might be around the corner. It's invaluable stuff. Learning how to learn is working out what works best for you and where to go to find the best information.
